Each pillar provides specialized services in talent representation, creative production, and drone light show experiences respectively.

By using ICONICO services, you confirm that:

• you have the legal authority to act on behalf of an individual or entity

You further confirm that any information you provide is accurate, complete, and lawful.

ICONICO provides strategic, creative, production, and management services tailored to each client or partner.All services are offered subject to availability, contractual agreement, and professional discretion.ICONICO reserves the right to:

• modify, suspend, or discontinue any service
• decline engagement where services fall outside its strategic, ethical, or legal framework

Use of the website or initial communication with ICONICO does not constitute a binding contractual relationship.A formal relationship is established only upon:

• written agreement, and
• execution of a signed contract or formal confirmation

All content made available by ICONICO, including but not limited to:

• text, logos, trademarks
• visual identities, designs
• photography, video, animations
• concepts, strategies, and creative direction

is the exclusive intellectual property of ICONICO or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or exploited without prior written consent.

Any non-public information exchanged between ICONICO and clients, talents, partners, or collaborators shall be treated as strictly confidential unless:

• disclosure is legally required, or
• prior written consent has been provided

This obligation survives the termination of any business relationship.

Users agree not to:

• misuse or interfere with ICONICO platforms or services
• provide false, misleading, or unlawful information
• infringe intellectual property or third-party rights
• engage in conduct that may damage ICONICO’s reputation or operations

ICONICO reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in cases of misuse.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICONICO shall not be liable for:

Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Principality of Monaco.Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Monaco.
